The Pretty Pray-er

If one is truly without the Son
Then one's heart cannot be won.
Oneness is being one with God
His love, well, it might be odd
The miracle is not us, but we
One plus one and God make three.
Three means you, me, and He
At last the miracle one can see
But, one is not about you or me
It is about Him and His glory.
Are you the one not won?
Then run, run, run to the Son!
Oh He longs to meet you there
His words whisper the pretty prayer.
Our God prays so beautifully
One by one He sets us free
In His prayer our hearts have met
A New Year's message not to forget.
Remember how one gets to God?
Just follow the path that He trod
One by one each soul is won
As the Pretty Pray-er whispers softly,
One---Won---Done…
