Pathways

A path of pain, a path of love
God sent His Son His love to prove
A path of gain, a path of strife
God's Son did die to give us life
Though He did die, yet He did rise!
I will see Him, with my own eyes

The way of life I'll walk for God
With shoes of peace I pray I've trod
God sees each choice, each path I take
He wants to guide each choice I make
He shed His blood, His life He gave
Will I trust Him with all I have?

Lord, help me now my cares to throw
On Your strong arms, and in you grow
The choice is mine to live for You
Or live for sin as lost men do
I'll love You more and by Your grace
I'll live for You and win this race
