Never, never did I ever believe,
I'd always, be thinking of you.
I still see you smile, and I hear your voice
Each moment, and in everything that I do.

I knew it then, and I know it now,
You put a spell on me,
You'd say my name, and touch my heart
You were a soothing light, I could see.

I still don't understand just how,
You captured my heart so fast.
Perhaps it was not meant to be,

Time has gone on, and life has changed,
