Palm Sunday

by Albert Watson

Spread your cloak, grab a palm,
Let's all rejoice and sing a psalm.
Praise the Lord, call out with glee,
Your Saviour comes astride donkey.
Cry blessing to you Saviour King,
Shout aloud, hosanna's ring.
Zechariah's word, today comes true,
'See your King now comes to you.'
He truly is, Gods righteous Son,
Salvation's come for everyone.
So spread your cloak, grab a palm.
Let's all rejoice and sing a psalm.
