The Abyss

There is a cursed place known as the Abyss -
Many don't know that it even exists;
It's a bottomless pit with smoke-filled air;
Abode of dark angels; the old dragon's lair.
Miserable creatures; banished and chained
As spoils of rebellion - a prison they gained.

They've waited long for the turn of the key;
For a short while they'll all be set free;
It's written that they will torture the doomed
Before they themselves are forever consumed.
Eternal damnation for them and the snake;
Together they'll burn in the Fiery Lake.
