That One Way Flight

I once read a story in the Bible 'twas told
How Jesus came down to earth in the days of old
He walked throughout the land just to preach and to teach
And I know that some day I will sit at His feet

I've got my reservations for a one-way flight
I'll be riding on a cloud some day or some night
Jesus bought my ticket
So I would not miss it

I'll have a mansion prepared o'er in Gloryland
Or maybe a small cottage on the golden strand
I'll be moving to my new home in Heav'n above
And it's all been made possible through Jesus' love
