See How He Loves

There I stood in wonder
Stunned with absolute awe
The sky full of His glory
When billions of stars, I saw.

My eyes could not fathom this
It seemed a choreographed event
Stars dancing wildly in the sky
Have left me wordless and spent.

Still, there was more to come
As I looked down to the sea
Floating up like sparkling diamonds
The stars were reflected back to me.

I am mesmerized by this sight
In peaceful quiet I shall gaze
Then I thank God for this gift
He never ceases to amaze.

For if ever I had doubts
I felt them melt away
Tonight I look to a starry sky
And capture this divine array.

See how He loves, I say
As His Spirit washes over me
See how He loves, I say
From the heavens, it's Him I see.

Oh my, I see how He Loves!
A Holy illumination from above
In my mind at last I know
The stars, a revelation of His love
