Spirits in the Mist

One Spirit cleanses
While many spirits will corrupt
One Spirit saves
While many spirits will disrupt

One Spirit will purify those who repent
But many spirits strive to tear us down
One Spirit teaches truth
But many spirits fight to steal our crown

We are all baptized in one Spirit
Our future depends on the words we confess
With spirits in the mist
The unclean ones desire to possess

Praise to the Spirit of Truth
Praise to Jesus who will award
Praise to our God who will soon bestow
To all of us a great reward
