The Way, the Truth and the Life

Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life.
So don't let the devil lead you into any of his strife.
In the midst of our troubles, Jesus is always there.
He's the gentle hand on your shoulder as you whisper a prayer.

You can find Him in all of God's creation.
Making him the center of your life is the best foundation.
Look at the petunia and see the lifeblood of colorful veins.
Think of how the colorful flowers are watered with gentle rains.

The green meadows and the grandeur of the mountains so high
The glistening streams flowing through the rocky crevices are a sweet supply.
Waterfalls spilling over rocks and into waiting peaceful pools,
Tell of His existence as the light sparkles on the prisms of water drops like jewels.

You don't have to look far to see His face in everything around.
Run after this relationship like a hungry bloodhound.
It doesn't matter what you've done or where you've been.
Be still, be silent and lower your chin.

Pray and ask for forgiveness and let His spirit come in.
Jesus listens carefully to every sorrowful plea and request.
He takes care of our needs and we know we are truly blessed.
