But What They Teach Today Is About An Earthly Recompense.

God Wants Praise For The Things That Only He Can Give,
Understand This Precious Truth & You Shall Surely Live.
Possessions, Riches, Fame & Fortune, Satan Can Endow.
Here Are Some Wonderful Things That Only God Can Allow.

A Smile, A Song, A Happy Face When Everything Falls Apart,
The Only Ones Who Have These Things Have Jesus In Their Heart.
The Ones Who Refuse To Quit Though Thrown Down So Many Times,
The Only Ones Who Can Endure Have The Father In Their Mind.

If You're Very Rich & Famous, But Your Mind Is Wearing Thin,
You Watch & Wonder What I Have From The Outside Looking In.
I Have The True Riches The Ones That Jesus Taught About,
Remember Poor People Like Me Are On The Inside Looking Out.

Don’t Get Me Wrong, I Think Money’s Great. We Need It To Survive,
Just Make Sure It’s Not The Only Thing For Which You Toil & Strive.
Satan Will Give You The Kingdoms Of The Earth If To Him You Bow,
Rich Or Poor You Have Nothing At All Unless You Have Jesus Now.
