Dreams of the Children

Everyone is good enough
Though everyone is not right
But we all deserve a home
And a warm bed at night.

Everyone needs a friend.
Everyone needs their space.
All people are created equal.
So why isn't the human race?

Perhaps our only problem
Is that some refuse to see
Not everyone is the trouble.
The trouble is you and me.

So if we work together
As a team, me and you
Maybe we can rebuild our world
And make our dreams come true.
