Refrain from Sin

Dear Lord,

I pray the world refrains from sin
and comes to follow You.
May all accept Your gifts of grace,
peace, love, and mercy too.

And as each day comes to an end
I pray we rest in You.
Please cradle us within Your arms
and make our hearts brand new.

Refresh our spirits and our souls—
O, cleanse us through and through.
With every breath we take, dear Lord,
please gather us to You.
