There is a Growing Need. . .

and God's tranquility,
His mercy, grace, and righteousness,
for all eternity.
The world needs God and faithfulness
so it can change its ways.
It needs forgiveness in all hearts
with every passing day.
The world needs changes to occur
to see the hands of God.
'Tis only then it will see through
each present-day façade.
The world in past and present times
has fallen prey to sin
but, Jesus Christ, the good LORD'S Son
has come to dwell within. . .
His Spirit lives within our hearts
and guides us every day.
It's up to us to follow Him
or choose our own pathway.
And if we choose our own pathway
we'll find ourselves as prey—
The path will be of ruts and stones
designed to lead astray. . .
Let's gather now and praise the LORD
who reigns in Heav'n above—
the Great I AM—the LORD Most High—
who blesses us with love.
