Jesus Calms the Storms

O' there are storms that come our way
and reach our very core -
with flashing scenes of lightning bolts
and sounds of thunderous roars.

Now, should those storms that hem us in
turn brutal and untamed,
Christ Jesus is the one to call -
call Jesus by His name.


And as we place our trust in Him,
with all the storms we face,
He'll prove to be the calming voice
that tames each storm with grace.
