Dirty Hands Clean Money
The title of this poem comes from a bumper sticker I saw on a pick up truck while driving on the highway. As I thought about those 4 words, this poem was born.
God sings over you
Inspired by Zephaniah 3:17 “The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness ; He will quiet you by His love; He will exult over you with loud singing.”
Even though I'd known that the Psalms were divided into 5 books for most of my life, until I wrote this, I didn't know that the last verse (or so) of the last Psalm of each Book was a doxology. Psalm 41 is the final Psalm of Book 1, ending in a doxology.
