Thank You, God, for nature
A children’s poem to thank our Creator for the wonders of nature we see all around us; with a little prayer for our times at the end.

Look up to the Light!
Inspired by Mark 4 : 39, Psalm 30 : 5, and Jeremiah 29 : 11. Trials and suffering are an inevitable part of life; but when we choose to look up to God in those moments, it changes our entire perspective, and we are filled with hope.

Psalm 1
A poetic rendition of Psalm 1 : Blessings on the godly.

On sowing and reaping…
Inspired by Galatians 5 : 13 - 26 and Galatians 6 : 7 - 10

A good reason to boast
Inspired by 2 Corinthians 12 : 1 - 10

I wrote this poem on my favorite spot, a green wooden bench somewhere in the Flemish countryside. Every time I sit there, a feeling of peace comes over me, and I feel awe for God’s handiwork. This is my attempt to capture the experience in words.

A voice in the desert
Inspired by the Gospel account Luke 1: 13 - 17 and Luke 3 : 1 - 18 .

Against all odds
Inspired by Romans 4 : 18

Forever saved
A poem about what it means to be saved…
